The University of Judicial Sciences and Administrative Services currently enrolls students of B.A., M.A. and Ph.D. in different fields of law and is the only university in the country that merely offers training in the field of law as well as relevant theoretical and applied disciplines. The University of Judicial Sciences and Administrative Services comprises three faculties as the following:

Faculty of Law

The Faculty of Law comprises educational groups on Islamic law, private law, public and international law, criminal law and criminology, Islamic teachings, the committee of foreign languages and the research group on law philosophy. The relevant disciplines are as follows:

1- Judicial sciences (B.A.)

2- Judicial sciences (M.A.)

3- Private law (M.A. & Ph.D.)

4- Law of family;

5- Jurisprudence and private law

6- Law of commercial companies

7- Law of transportation

8- Law of commercial contracts and documents

9- Public law

10- International law

11- Administrative code of procedure

Faculty for Crime Prevention and Correctional Affairs

This faculty comprises an educational group on crime prevention and correctional activities and covers the following academic disciplines:

1- Criminal code for children and juveniles

2- Management for correctional activities

3- Criminal law and criminology (M.A. & Ph.D.)

Faculty for Registration and Judicial Management

This faculty comprises an educational group focusing on registration and judicial management and covers the following disciplines:

1- Law of deeds and land registry

2- Judicial management

3- Supervision and inspection management

4- Code for notary public offices

The University of Judicial Sciences and Administrative Services admits students of Ph.D. covering two academic disciplines, M.A. students of judicial sciences, M.A. students covering 16 academic disciplines and B.A. students covering one academic discipline.
